To celebrate our relaunch and the introduction of Gazing Red2Blue as a standalone brand, Gazing brought together friends, clients, coaches and some of our amazing Red2Blue ambassadors to announce the plans for the future direction of the company.
Although we’ve been supporting major business transformations across the globe with our programmes for over 25 years, we’ve somehow remained one of the world’s best kept secrets…until now!
The time is right for Red2Blue
With mindset playing an ever-increasing role in everything from mental health to performance, Gazing’s unique approach is more relevant than ever. Current mindset approaches are too complicated, not easily integrated, and often unusable ‘in the moment’. All too often, mindset is positioned as a condition to treat, not a skill to develop. The time is right for Gazing Red2Blue to step into focus.
CEO Martin Fairn kicked off the launch event by explaining how the Gazing business is now split up into two discrete offerings: Gazing Red2Blue, which specifically focuses on mindset development, and Gazing Performance, which provides training and coaching for businesses. The latter includes a focus on mindset but extends into the core knowledge and critical skills an individual needs in their unique business and role.
Joining Martin on the stage to discuss their own experiences of Gazing and Red2Blue were Lt. Colonel James Cartwright, who talked about the benefit of using Red2Blue to keep a calm head on the battlefield; and Darren Cassidy, Managing Director, Xerox UK/Ireland and Senior Vice President EMEA, who highlighted the achievements he’s witnessed after using Gazing in a corporate setting for many years.
Gazing ambassador Vicki Anstey described how she and her two fellow rowers used the Red2Blue methodology to structure their mental strength training in the lead up to their mid-Pacific Ocean row.
And last but certainly not least, Martin introduced mountaineer Adriana Brownlee, who chatted via a video link up, live from Nepal! Gazing is supporting Adriana with one-to-one Red2Blue training as she fulfils her challenge to become the youngest person to complete all 14 8000m peaks.
